Serious bug resulting in loss of medical data
To reproduce this bug, follow these steps: One. Acquire a new set of images for the right eye of a patient. Two. Scrub the slider all the way to the final (right hand) image. Three. Tap the button in the lower right-hand corner to switch to patient view. Four. Tap the add image button to return to the set of acquired images. Five. Observe that you are seeing the final image that was acquired, but it is incorrectly labeled as image number one. Six. Press the button in the lower left-hand corner to add the image the patient file. Seven. Observe that the image that was added to the patient file does not match the image that was displayed on the previous screen. Note that if you save the patient file and close the app, there is no way to retrieve the missing data (in this case the final acquired frame). This is a serious bug that results in loss of medical data and should be rectified immediately. As a side note, the image viewer really, really ought to support zooming in. Diagnostic as well as educational use of these images requires the ability to view a full frame picture, but the current viewer allows only a zoomed out snapshot view.
When you charge $60 for an adapter and 400 for scope....
You should at least keep the corresponding app up to date. And to charge $30 for "pro" access is borderline criminal.
You dont seem to care too much...
Cant believe such an immense company as welch allyn cant even take care of the quality requirements of an app, you dont appreciate your buyers as it seems, for a 60$ plastic handle you should provide at least the pro version free... Customer service at its worst
